Happy Halloween!!

I hope everyone has an amazing day! It looks like perfect weather for those of you heading out Trick or Treating. I can’t wait to hear what everyone dressed up when I see you.
I missed everyone on Saturday but I’m sure you had a blast with Tristan.
Group training this week

Wednesday - 5-6:30 pm Parkview Community Center – Roller skiing and strength-- bring roller ski gear and running gear

Saturday - 1-4:00 pm Hardwood- please bring roller skis and running shoes. If you have shorter poles for ski walking then bring them too!


Training Plan

I hope everyone had a chance to try out the strength last week. Give it a go this week and we will go over it on Saturday and make some changes.

Monday – HALLOWEEN, get out for a walk (or trick or treating). Have fun and be creative,
Tuesday - strength (below)
Wednesday - 60 min cardio/team practice
Thursday - strength (below)
Friday –off/gym/games with friends
Saturday – Scavenger hunt/ski walk, spending time on the ski erg
Sunday - distance workout, great day to go for a bike ride

Strength
All exercises 10-15 reps (except side plank), if you’re feeling strong try doing everything twice!
