Message from Jack on CCC license

Jack created this little blurb about the CCC license. If you have ANY questions, lets chat about it Saturday!!  For racers doing multiple Ocups, I think it makes sense. For the younger shredders, I doubt it will be necessary.

FROM JACK
Racers - Juvenile age and older - need to pay the $19 affiliation fee on our website, their program fees and purchase a CCC racing licence from CCC. They must join the club, pay a program fee and the affiliation fee if they want to get a racing licence from CCC as a Team Hardwood member. They will also need to purchase a season pass for Hardwood there.

For Midget and younger skiers they will have to pay the $19 affiliation fee on our website and they can (for the older, faster kids it is recommended) get a Development racing licence from CCC once they do that. They will also need to purchase their program fees and a season pass for Hardwood on our site.

Racing licences can be purchased here:

Jack Sasseville NCCP # is 5037 and I am Level 5
Kim Getty NCCP# 6151778 and L2T
(You need to enter some coach information. I will be entering Jacks info as I did last year)

Alumni - like Bob need to go to our website and join the club by clicking on the Alumni button. They pay no program fees and affiliation fees are waived for them as the club has agreed to pay them for them. If they are a member of the training centre or national team Hardwood waives their trail fees.

Coaches - same as Alumni. They do not need to purchase a season  pass

Board Members - same as Alumni. If they are skiing they will have to purchase a trail or season pass through Hardwood

Masters - this is not a Team Hardwood program so they will need to go to the Hardwood Ski and Bike website to join the Masters program (it will be set up next week). They will have to purchase a season pass though Hardwood. They will also have to buy the affiliation fee through our zone 4 site for $19 to be a member of Team Hardwood. If they want to purchase a CCC racing licence they would do so through CCC. Masters Association affiliation would be through the Ontario/Canadian Masters Association.

Parents - do not have to affiliate with the club so they do not have to pay the $19 fee unless they want to race and be known as a Team Hardwood skier. If they do that then they are allowed to purchase a racing licence from CCC if they want one. If they are skiing at Hardwood they will need to purchase a season pass or day passes from Hardwood.
