Dec 17-23 Pajama Day + Xmas exchange

Oh those humungous flakes keep falling on my tounge.  Such a great night!  Great 2 skate team!
Here is Eric holding up the gang of Jr. Devo skiers...what muscle, what strength - amazing!!!

Race day fun!  Look out for Team Hardwood - we had some seriously fast skiers at the Blast!

OK gang, this Sunday is one of the best ski days of the year. The day we dress up in pajamas, housecoats, onesies and with big smiles on our silly faces - we pass all the recreational skiers as we fly by with excellent technique and power!  Wear something that keeps you warm of course.

Monday - Rest and Recover
Tuesday - 5- 6:45 or 7 (yes anywhere between 6:45 and 7 - the evenings are warm and the palace is warmer now with the propane heater if we get cold)  PLEASE BRING BOTH SKATE AND CLASSIC  - but if conditions are right - Lets do some classic technique and strength!
Wednesday - STRENGTH - you can do this on skis (no poles or arms only)  or do your weight circuit.
Thursday - Can you get out for a ski or a run?  3-5 k with pick ups anywhere along your run.
Friday - rest or alternative sport.

Saturday: I would like to do a ski at 9:30am with anyone who is not away - but moving our big practice to Sunday this week.   I will be doing a skate ski for 1.5 hrs. I would love it if you could shoot me a text if you intend to be at this practice!  705-816-4656

Sunday - 9am arrive for 9:29 skiing away from chalet....not 9:35 or 9:40....
Wear your warm cozy pajamas or housecoat - but look cute!  This day is in classic style skiing so if you need to wax, make sure you do it between 9-9:29am

Après ski - Christmas exchange.  Please bring a wrapped gift that is either recycled, used or UNDER $5. ANYTHING goes - ugly sweater, mittens, hats, socks, baking, whatever you can come up with!!!!! We will do an exchange - don't put your name on it or who it is to. We will do a fun exchange when we finish skiing. Lots of laughs are anticipated here!
