October 12-18

Hi All

Sorry for the late post, I have been having internet issues, I guess I fed it too much Turkey

Great session on the hill on Saturday, congrats to Julia and Reid for doing the whole race and keeping up well.

Had a great session on Saturday, with some roller skiing and strength to get everyone ready for the winter (which I hear is coming soon).


Training session 

Wednesday Hardwood 5pm - Bring roller skis, running shoes and hill running poles we are going to try to get on roller skis and do a bit more technique

Saturday Hardwood 12pm - Wax clinic for 1 hour - we will supply everything
Saturday Hardwood 1pm - All depends on the weather but please bring all of your roller ski and running stuff and maybe some rock skis if we get the snow :-)

Tuesday Toronto 6pm Riverdale - bounding + strength


Training Plan for the week

Monday - off or long distance workout
Tuesday - strength workout ( see video)
Wednesday - distance with some sprints
Thursday - off
Friday - strength workout ( see video)
Saturday - go fast with the team
Sunday - distance workout, enjoy the fall leaves
