Great session on Saturday, the time-trial was cool but fun, I posted a few videos below for you to have a look at, there is lots we can do on technique and we will be working on that before the snow flies.
Training this week
Barrie TrainingWednesday - 4-6 pm Hardwood - we are going to try an hour earlier so that we can go roller skiing, if this does not work for people I understand and we can put it back to 5 and change the plan.
Saturday - 1-4 pm Hardwood Ski Erg sprints and Sprint Simulation - we will do ski Erg sprints to determine the heats then we will do a sprint race on a striding loop. Please bring running shoes and ski running poles
Toronto Training
There will be no Toronto training this week because Kieran is away skiing in Quebec

Monday - off
Tuesday - 60 min cardio ( can be a game or run or roller ski, just get active)
Wednesday - 30 min run with some sprints (move the legs fast)
Thursday - off
Friday - 60 min cardio, have fun an active game or go out and ride your bike or try the strength / cardio video above
Saturday - Ski erg sprints and race simulation
Sunday - distance workout, this is a good workout to build stamina and endurance
