Fun in October....and its almost Halloween!!!
OK our last week of October....my last waterski in a touque today …...then comes the snow!
Monday: Rest and recover!!!
Tuesday: Strength and Core!
Wednesday: Lets do a quick rollerski - South of Old Barrie, but not up the hill. We will test our balance and do some long gliding and some technique. Woot Woot!

It is getting dark very quickly at night now. Please remember to wear your bright/reflective clothing to our weekday roller ski workouts and if you have a bike light that you can wear use it too. This is likely the last week that we can roller ski during the week as there is a time change next week. Zero tolerance on this now - if you want to roller ski you need to dress properly, no excuses.
Thursday: Strength and Core
Friday: Alternative sports and activities,
Saturday: Lets play at Mount St. Louis. Bring roller skis, I may have a fun place for us to do a quick ski, then also bring your pole walking gear and lets do some fun hill exercises and some games up top!
*The scavenger hunt is postponed until further notice....we need a pretty full compliment of the team to get this underway!
Also! Parents, remember there is an AGM meeting. We will talk about a LOT of logistics for the winter, trip planning, etc and also the team KIT will be available to get sizing and ordering done.
Sunday: Get out and play!! 2-3hr exercise.
