Hope you had a great week, full of Easter candy and fun.
For those of you doing the summer program it is time to get the wheels in motion so that you are ready.
I would recommend trying to get about 4 hours a week of cardio activity, take it easy it is just meant to get the body going again. If you are running track then you are probably already doing enough.
For strength here is a really simple workout that you can do in about 15 min and will feel really good when you are done. You can try to do this 2 times.
If you want a different active warm-up try dancing for 5 min, I recommend some spice girls

Do this all the way through with no stopping then take a 1 min break and repeat 3-5 times then do a 5 min run or dance to shake it out I recommend some spice girls
1 min of skipping
Run on the spot or dance for 30 seconds
10 squats
5 push-ups
5 burpees
10 Walking lunges 5 per leg
10 Jumping jacks
10 Donkey Kicks
Rest 1 min
