Hi All
Insane day yesterday on the slopes, I have some amazing video that is coming soon.
Time to register for the summer program, we are going to have an awesome time this summer getting ft and learning new skills.
So for training this week this is your last week of chilling so enjoy, I want you to get ready for training next week though so try to do at least 3 runs and 2 strength workouts.
Please use the general strength program that Andrew used this winter.
We are debating doing the skiing again this weekend,...stay tuned
