Barrie Training
Wednesday - 5-7pm Hardwood - Distance and speed please bring roller ski gear both skate and classic and we will decide what we do then
Saturday - 9am-12pm - TeamTraining please bring roller skis, running shoes and hill running poles
Toronto Training
Tuesday - 5 - 7:00pm 61 King St. Intensity and strength please bring running shoes and clothes for outside
