OOPS! Snow Angels in the fresh new layer of snow Wednesday night.
Monday: Rest or alternate sports
Tuesday: Intervals if possible. Hills could be here. Remember to warm up and cool down.
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 7pm at Hardwood. Night skiing will be open so please meet at the chalet. Technique and Intensity ON SKIS. SKATE style but it looks like fresh snow so can we have some backup classic skis just in case? Thanks wax crew!
Thursday: strength - warm up 10min cool down 10min
Friday: rest or alternate sports
Saturday: Our first big race. This will cause some butterflies so lets try to minimize stress and keep it cool. Saturday is a skate race at 1pm (and Sunday will be a pursuit classic)

I would like to do a course inspection before the race trails close. I am thinking 12noon.on skis. This is NOT the warm up. Kids then need to be doing a little warm up (its easy in North bay 15-20min before their race time.

Hey gang, I am not giving up on Pajama Day....!!! I'm looking at Sat Jan 25th the day before the Muskoka Loppett.
And the following Weekend (Sunday) we should have a 'bring your favourite stuffy day" for groundhog day...
