Feb 24 - March 2 Georgian Team Sprints - Kim away Sat

Monday: Rest or Alternative Sport
Tuesday: Intervals if possible. Hills could be here. Remember to warm up and cool down.
Wednesday: 5:30pm  - 7pm at Hardwood. Night skiing will be open so please meet at the chalet. Technique and Intensity on Classic Skis - Help I need a parent to run this!!!  
Thursday: strength - warm up 10min cool down 10min
Friday: rest or alternate sports 
Saturday: 9am arrive....9:30 on skiis….Can we get a parent volunteer to help out and maybe post on Whats APP? Nice an easy ski with technique. In preparation for big relays tomorrow.
Sunday - Georgian Team Sprints!  I will be back and we will have an awesome time!  Please register by the 27th We can communicate some team ideas over Whats App?


We need all hands on deck (who will not be away) On March 7th for helping with the Nordikids Race and Festival. Fischer Loppett is same weekend as is Youth Champs.

EVENT DETAILS:
- Races will be relays with 2 athletes who alternately ski 3 legs each.
- Races will be in the free technique. U8 and U10 categories will ski in the classic technique.
- Start groups for all races will be determined once registration closes, and may involve collapsing genders or ages. Start position within a group will be determined by random draw.
- U18 Boys, Open, and Masters categories will ski a 1000 m course.
- U18 Girls, U16 Girls, and U16 Boys categories will ski a 600 m course.
- U14 and U12 categories will ski a 300 m course.
- U10 and U8 categories will ski a 150 m course in the classic technique.

TEAM COMPOSITION:
- Teams will be composed of two athletes of the same gender and in the same category.
- Please try to indicate the name of your partner (team mate) and team name on your zone4 registration. Organizers will gladly match skiers who do not have a partner (team mate).
- Athletes from different clubs can make a team.


Let me know if any women/moms in my age cat (40something) want to team up, please let me know!
