Sarah, Bronwen, and I are looking forward to seeing you out on the trails tomorrow.
We recommend Classic and that you look to try to work on:
- Diagonal Stride
- Step Double Pole
- Double Pole
We will be on "Kim's Loop" (see below) between 10-11AM and, if we see you, we can talk about technique for a few minutes.
Here are some "things we need to you do over the next month
- Go Skiing as much as you can
- Ski with your Family
- Keep working on your technique
- Cheer-on your friends when you see them, but only chat for a short while and keep 6ft apart
- Try to avoid skiing in your team kit if possible
- Come to the strength workouts on Wednesday
- Watch the videos that we will be sending-out
- Always challenge yourself to ski your best
- Take part (parents too!) in any of the fun challenges (speed or distance) that we will be putting-out
- Be grateful that we can continue our program in this more informal way - many cannot!
