Sept 30-Oct 6


87 Days until Christmas so even less than than to think of an exchange gift for this years PARTEH!  Last year these pants were a super hit!  I think we fit 3 skiers in them!  Get shopping!



Ok Gang, getting right into the swing of things as the weather gets cooler and the leaves begin to fall.

We will try to get out on the rollerskis on Wednesday practices because when the time changes, it gets too dark too early!


Monday- off or fun sports with friends
Tuesday - Cardio 20' (can be warm up and cool down) and Strength 20' 
WednesdayTeam Training - Roller ski technique and agility.  Weather permitting. ALWAYS bring running shoes and walking poles please and thank you!
Thursday - Cardio 20' and Strength + Core 15'
Friday - off or fun sports with friends
Saturday - Team Training (technique, speed, agility, strength/core/stretch). This Saturday we can get out on the rollerskis and do some longer skiing as well as get back to the palace to work on a strength and stretching routine to make sure everyone is aware of useful exercises. Meet me at 9 at the palace!
Sunday - Long Slow Day - distance hike or run or swim or bike or kayak or whatever you love!!!  1-2hrs
