Monday: Rest or alternate sports
Tuesday: Intervals if possible. Hills could be here. Remember to warm up and cool down.
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 7pm at Hardwood. Night skiing will be open so please meet at the chalet. Technique and Intensity ON SKIS. SKATE style I think due to warmer temperatures, but please stay tuned for possible technique switch.
Thursday: strength - warm up 10min cool down 10min
Friday: rest or alternate sports
Saturday: PJ DAY!!! We should do this in skate style. Wear your fav PJs and bring a stuffy if you can carry it!
Sunday: Muskoka Loppett! This is an amazing classic race. You will need to register by Thursday and there is no day of registration. We will meet for a team warm up or inspection of as much as we can 1 hr 45 min before first skier. I hope we can all make this happen!!!
